What an amazing home you will be walking into. As you cross the threshold and the reception door is flung open you will instantly know that this is your home.
The large, airy, open space excites you as you can instantly imagine your family and friends when they come to your house warming gathering. The warm, fragrant scent of Jo Malone`s Pomegranate Noir wafts under your nose and gently guides you into the room.

This contemporary living is fantastic for those who want no fuss and are looking for a home to move straight into. Imagine emerging from your cosy, warm bed on a crisp, frosty morning heading downstairs and feeling the warmth beneath your feet from the underfloor heating. Music is quietly playing from the speakers in the ceiling as you settle in front of the bi-folding doors looking out onto your beautifully manicured lawn with your steaming morning coffee.

Your new home may be the magnet but the surroundings have so much to offer. The leisure centre is perfect for keeping the entire family fit. The bustling High Street will act as your corner shop with the regular bus service or underground that is close by, speeding you into Stratford Westfield for a day of retail therapy and dining after.

Tenants Charges

If you choose to apply for a rented property through Stonebridge, in addition to the rent, prior to the commencement of the tenancy you will be required to pay the following:

1. Tenancy Agreement Fee: Equivalent to two weeks rent + vat

2. Renewal of Tenancy Fee: If you decide to renew your tenancy agreement after the initial term, there will be a further charge of £75 + vat for the
preparation of the tenant`s renewal documentation.

3. Security Deposit: All rental properties require a deposit to be taken and held as security throughout the term of the tenancy. It is registered
and protected under the Tenant`s Deposit Scheme and returned to you after the end of the tenancy, less any agreed deductions. Your
deposit is usually equivalent to four or six week`s rent.

4. You may also need to pay for the inventory check-in/out (depending on what is agreed) and the cost of this will depend on the size of the
property. At the end of the tenancy, you may also be responsible for paying for a professional clean.
