Great experience in selling property, these guys where on the ball. Loads of viewings from day one and very good offers more then I expected.

The process was a difficult one mostly down to the solicitors, but these guys had know how to get it over the finished line.

Just WOW. Stonebridge from start to finish blew me away. The most proactive agent I have ever dealt with (have bought and sold 4 properties over the years)

I sold my three bedroom house in forest gate with them. I had it on the market with another agent but the buyer they had pulled out because they could not get a mortgage, lost 3 months.

Stonebridge worked in a totally different way. Their open house led to more than 30 people walking through the door and ended up with over 10 offers. Agreed a sale £17,000 more than I previously had. Had no problems this time round as they financially qualified all the offers on day one.

From start to finish it only took 6 weeks.

I wish Stonebridge all the best, fantastic team and work ethos. I would strongly recommend them to anyone and have already advised my nephew to buy through them and he is!!

We needed to sell our house speedily as our purchaser had fallen through and we were at risk of loosing the property we were buying. All members of staff we reassuring that we would indeed sell our house within a week and this proved to be correct. An open day was speedily arranged and two members of staff officiated at our property, one upstairs and one downstairs to ensure that security was in place. We ended up with many offers for our property and the sale went ahead with no hiccups. When the manager was on holiday he was contactable and all other members of staff were well acquainted with our transaction which was reassuring. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Shazu from Stonebridge came to see me over a year ago when he was working for a different company at the time. He kept in touch from time to time but was not pushy unlike other agents as he respected my wishes and knew I was not desperate to sell straight away.

I bought into him so put my house on the market with Stonebridge. My home was sold in the first weekend which was amazing. The buyer was lovely and waited and waited for me to find the right place to move too.

Faisal & Mitul kept me fully up to date almost every other day. I don't actually think I ever called into the office, there was no need too.
