Shaz truly understands how to sell houses. He made the process incredibly easy and his thorough knowledge, not only of general housing market, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. He was extremely patient and eased our decision making process. We had a professional photographer at our house and within less than a week, we had offers and secured an offer within two weeks of it being on the market.

Great service from Stonebridge, and Shazu Kahn in particular. Really helpful when getting the property ready to be put on the market, and accepted an offer over the asking price within a week of listing. They dealt with all queries during the sale, and chased the buyer/solicitors to expedite the process. All in all, Stonebridge made what can be a painful process really easy.
